Student Services
Campus Life & Student Support for International Students
International students have access to a wide range of on-campus services designed to support academic success, wellbeing, and personal development throughout their studies.
Career Centre
Career Centres provide support with career planning, resume and cover letter preparation, interview skills, internships, part-time work guidance, graduate employment opportunities, and employer networking events. Many centres also offer career fairs, industry workshops, and post-study work advice.
College Life / Student Services Office
The College Life or Student Services Office supports students with enrolment, timetables, academic progression, orientation programs, and general campus life matters. This office often serves as the first point of contact for student enquiries and support services.
Cultural Events & Student Clubs
Universities host cultural events, international student celebrations, festivals, and student-run clubs that promote diversity, inclusion, and community engagement. These activities help international students connect socially and experience campus life beyond academics.
Student Rights & Advocacy
Student rights services provide independent advice and support on academic concerns, complaints, appeals, accommodation issues, and understanding student responsibilities. These services help ensure students are treated fairly and in accordance with institutional policies.
Disability Support Services
Disability Support Services assist students with physical, sensory, learning, or mental health conditions by arranging reasonable academic adjustments. Support may include learning plans, exam accommodations, assistive technologies, and accessibility guidance.
Health Services
On-campus health services may include medical clinics, general practitioners, vaccinations, and health advice. International students can access healthcare support in line with their mandatory health insurance or national health coverage, depending on the country.
Psychological & Counselling Services
Confidential counselling and psychological services support students with stress, anxiety, homesickness, academic pressure, and personal challenges. These services are typically free or low-cost and promote mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Wellness Centre
Wellness Centres focus on holistic wellbeing, offering programs related to mental health, physical fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, stress management, and work-life balance. Workshops and activities encourage healthy and balanced student lifestyles.
